DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We offer:

  • Insured Standard Shipping $5.95 on orders from rest of the world

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Less expensive shipping options give us ability to keep prices low and since our highly demanded stock is based all over the world - it usually takes 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive. And at the current situation of COVID19, the international shipping will be longer than usual due to the interruptions and shortage of human resources, custom routines, flights and others.

 
If you order more than 1 items from our store, the items will come to you separately since we have different manufactures and suppliers working for us from different locations. Don't be panic if you have missing items. These items will come in multiple packages. We will send you the tracking numbers and updates it all the times to the tracking system. 

CAN I GET EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes! In most cases you can pay an additional fee for express shipping. Please contact us at hi@zenaritfy.com with any inquiries regarding faster shipping.

Zenartify partners with merchants, artisans, and manufacturers from all over Asia and Europe.

You can pay with all major credit cards through PayPal. We don't accept cash on delivery.

Exclusively to Zenart Studio in Singapore, we accept cash payment on the first session of the art classes or art workshops. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at hi@zenartify.com. We'll happily refund or replace your purchase :)
